One of the coolest plugins I’ve come along is an opt-in comment form add on plugin for Wordpress called Newsletter Booster. Basically once installed and enabled it adds a little checkbox next to your comments form “Please sign me up for your newsletter also”. What a great way to get new signups for your email opt-in newsletter! I installed this on my main site and 24 hours later I had 11 new newsletter signups. That’s 300 per month or 3,600 in a year!

Plugins features:

- export signups to CSV file
- API to send signups through your AWeber, MailChimp, etc. email based list service
- checkbox can be added to comment forms or registration signup pages
- complete control of text and layout
- add code before or after the signup block
- email notification of signups
- you can hide the checkbox from registered users

This is a premium plugin, it’s $37 (and worth every penny!). It’s a great (and easy) way to build lists for blogs, web sites, businesses, retail stores, or just about any purpose to build your brand or marketing based lists.
