Contact Form 7 is the most widely used contact form plugin for WordPress EVER. While there are hundreds of different types of contact form plugins, there are just as many addon plugins that extend the capabilities of Contact Form 7.
Here are the ones we like…
The Original Contact Form 7, now downloaded over 3.6 million times:
Contact Form 7 Dynamic Text Extension: allows pre-population of fields, like autofilling a URL, product number, custom fields, post info, shortcode values, and all kinds of other things.
Contact Form 7 to Database Extension: easily allows you to save Contact Form 7 submissions in your database for review later, in addition to sending you email. A great way to archive entries and save a copy in case there’s a problem with emails.
Contact Form 7 Campaign Monitor Addon: allows you to submit subscribers to a Campaign Monitor account.
Contact Form 7 Customfield in mail: this addon lets you use a custom field, so you can have different forms with different email addresses, send custom field values in the emails, etc.
Contact Form 7 Widget: creates a widget for sidebars you can add a Contact Form 7 form to, which you can style, etc.
Deregister Contact Form 7: this plugin removes all the scripts and styling from loading on your site (in case you included all the styling in your theme).
Contact Form 7 Module: easily add hidden fields to your Contact 7 Forms. A great feature of this addon is that you can add hidden values ot form like post_title, post_category, post_url. This is great if you have embedded the same form on multiple pages, and when the submissions come in – you have no idea what page it was submitted from. In these cases, the hidden value can tell you.:
ShootQ for Contact Form 7: adds ShootQ integration, which is photography studio management software:
CF Shopping Cart: this addon allows Contact Form 7 forms to be transformed into a shopping cart:
Sweet Captcha: a really cool captcha for Contact Form 7:
Web Directory WordPress plugin: this plugin takes WordPress links and creates a web directory with them. You can integrate it with Contact Form 7 so that the contact form is the submission form for the directory to add new links. The live demo to see what the directory looks like is here: http://www.codestuff.com/links
